Presenza uses Discord's official API to function. Your use of Discord's services is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Discord's practices or policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presenza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
